The entrance gatehouse will be manned 24/7 and there are security cameras at strategic points along the perimeter of the estate.
Each home will have a direct intercom connection to the entrance guardhouse, so visitor access to the estate is monitored at all times.
The Clubhouse
Residents will have exclusive access to the estate’s Clubhouse.
Here residents can entertain their guests, and there is also a yoga studio combined with a gym kitted out with treadmills, stationary bikes and weight cages.
The Stables
As Noordhoek is the perfect place for equestrians, The Oaks Estate will also have stables, and these can be built in the area adjacent to the property on request.
There are seven stables planned, however more can be added after owners meet for the first Homeowner’s meeting.
